Simpson Strong-Tie Essentials Drive
HomeAid North Texas is partnering with Simpson Strong-Tie to serve at-risk families across Plano and Collin County! As part of the grand opening celebration of their new office location, more than 30 employees and members of their executive team will be assembling Family Unity Baskets and Hygiene Kits that will be distributed to families through our partnership with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services. Not only will the kits serve families by meeting essential needs for kids and teens, but the baskets serve to uplift families and children with joy, dignity, and heartfelt support.
Taylor Morrison Bed Build
HomeAid North Texas is partnering with a team of 25 employees from Taylor Morrison to build hope for children, one bed at a time. This project benefits our partner, Texas Department of Family and Protective Services providing secure, sturdy beds, ensuring every child has a safe, comfortable place to sleep. Not only will this service build hope for local children and families, but the time volunteering as a team will also be challenging and fun, too!
David Weekly Essentials Drive and Care Day
Almost 200 David Weekley employees across DFW are partnering with HomeAid North Texas to tackle local needs from three different angles:
Build Hope: We’re partnering with Texas Department of Family and Protective Services to build sturdy beds, ensuring every child
has a safe, comfortable place to sleep.
Pack Essentials: Teams will assemble hygiene and essentials kits for CleanUp USA to be distributed directly to those living on the streets.
Paint the Vision: Others will grab a brush and help us transform a bus into a Mobile Cafe, providing a dignified space for our unhoused neighbors to gather and grab a warm meal.
1st Annual Golf Tournament

Builders for Babies
We believe that no caregiver should have to choose between food and diapers, yet 1 in 3 families has to make that choice. In North Texas the need is over 28 Million Diapers, but our local Diaper Bank is able to meet just over 10% of the demand. With your help,we can make a dramatic impact in the lives of families in need and support those Service Provides on the frontline. Help us reach our goal of 1 million diapers.
